10/2009:  (Back in my "I am in Boston, where vegetarians can eat fish" days) Moist, tender fish fillet.

11/2009:  (Started my "Why in the world would I ever want to eat the flesh of another animal again?")  Could it have something to do with the overpriced, slightly dry Boston Red Fish?
